Waters Reach Holiday Cottage Lerryn - Welcome

The very best thing you can do from the cottage is enjoy the absolutely charming walks straight out of the front door, exploring the local countryside. In the information pack is a little booklet on Walks Around Lerryn. Our favourite walk is setting off from the cottage and turning right out of the driveway and the lane takes you along the coastal path all the way to St Winnow and its beautiful 15th Century church perched on the edge of the river. All the walks in the booklet take between 1 and 4 hours.

 'Oh the harbour of Fowey
Is a beautiful spot
And it's there I enjowey
To sail in a yot;
Or to race in a yacht
Round a mark or a buoy -
Such a beautiful spacht
Is the harbour of Fuoy!'

                       Sir Arthur Quiller-Couch
